This little office was truly a gem to work on. This room was meant to be the client’s special area to unwind and relax after a long day at work. She wanted the space to have a feminine feel with a touch of fun mixed. Soft, pink was chosen for the wall color. A technique, using alternating finishes, created a subtle stripe pattern that added texture to the walls.(hard to see in the picture).Wallpaper, by Julia Rothman, was used on the ceiling to add variety and a unexpected twist. The majority of the furnishings were from West Elm. Other items, found around her home, were used to finish the look of the room. I hope you enjoy the transformation!
